What types of patients do you see?
Our proximity to downtown Austin means we have the privilege to service a wide variety of patients, including college students, travelers, and more. Nestled in the West Lake Hills neighborhood, our urgent care clinic also sees many different demographics to include families, from their young children, all the way to parents and grandparents. Our convenient location means a wide array of our surrounding community is also able to easily access our clinic, from near and far!
Where are you located?
You will find our clinic sitting cozily in the Westbank Market plaza, just to the left of the Randalls. The parking lot is free and spacious with plenty of spots. If our address takes you to McDonalds, do not fear, you are nearby! Just head down past Bank of America and FedEx, round the corner, and you will be able to find us. Our location in this market means you can be seen for your urgent care needs, and then head right next door to do your grocery shopping, pick up your prescription, and grab some coffee!
What are the main cities or neighborhoods you serve?
The West Lake Hills, Rollingwood, and Barton Creek neighborhoods all love our close and accessible location, so we are lucky to serve many members and families of our immediate neighborhoods. We also see many surrounding areas, with many of our patients from downtown, south, and north central Austin. We are just a quick jump off of both Capital of Texas Hwy and MoPac Expy, so our clinic is always quick to access, no matter where you are located.

It's a pleasure to work with a team that is not only knowledgeable and professional, but also compassionate, empathetic, and passionate in their drive to provide excellent patient care. Our team’s cohesiveness and great communication mean our daily flow is seamless and enjoyable. All of this together creates not only a great visit for our patients, but also creates the invaluable experience of being a member of a truly incredible healthcare team.

Whether it's difficulty locating our clinic, issues at the pharmacy, checking our x-ray availability, estimating wait times, or a question regarding your care, there is always an easy way to get in contact with us. To prepare for your visit, just bring a physical photo ID and copy of your insurance card (digital or physical) and you will be ready for check-in.
How is Carbon Health involved in the local community?
Our Carbon Health clinics in Austin are proud to be an active member of our community. We are part of the Austin Chamber of Commerce and LGBT Chamber of Commerce. We also frequently get involved in local Austin events such as tabling at fundraising events, festivals, and sponsoring school events and sports teams.
Any local ties?
Just like many other Austin residents, our staff members joined our community for school or work opportunities, but stayed for Austin's incredible atmosphere and culture! You can find many of us at local live music events, basking in the sun at Barton Springs, or enjoying our city's delicious food scene.
