What types of patients do you see?
Our urgent care (primary care coming soon!) clinic cares for a wide range of patients, from infants as young as 6 months to adults and seniors. Our patient population includes families, working professionals, students, and members of our local workforce. We treat everything from everyday illnesses and minor injuries to workplace-related needs, and we’re proud to offer on-site X-ray services for quick and efficient diagnosis. No matter the need, our goal is to provide convenient, high-quality care for everyone in our community.
Where are you located?
We are conveniently located at 4564 Route 9 South in Howell, NJ, in a busy shopping center with easy access and visibility from the highway. Our location makes it simple for patients traveling from surrounding towns to find us quickly and get the care they need without hassle.
What are the main cities or neighborhoods you serve?
We proudly serve Howell and the surrounding communities, including Freehold, Farmingdale, Jackson, Lakewood, Brick, Manalapan, and Marlboro. With our prime location on Route 9, we’re easily accessible and welcome patients from across Monmouth and Ocean County who rely on us for convenient, high-quality care.

We’re excited to welcome you! Our location offers easy access right off Route 9 South with plenty of parking available. To make your visit even smoother, we recommend checking in online ahead of time in the Carby Health app, and bringing your ID and insurance card. Arriving a few minutes early during peak hours can also help ensure a seamless experience. Our team is here to make your visit quick, comfortable, and stress-free.
