Meet Sasha Demidovich, Center Manager of our Saratoga, CA location. In this post, she shares a closer look at the clinic and what makes the local Saratoga community unique.
Where are you located?
Because we’re located in a residential, family-oriented community, our Saratoga urgent care location cares for patients of all ages, with a strong focus on pediatric patients and older adults. We frequently see children for common illnesses and minor injuries, as well as seniors who need timely care close to home. Many of our patients return with their family members, which allows us to care for entire households over time. We see a lot of repeat patients, and it’s rewarding to support their health through different seasons of the year.
What types of patients do you see?
We are conveniently located in the Westgate Center, in the same plaza as AMC Theaters and right next to Crumbl Cookie. This central location makes it easy to find whether you’re coming from nearby neighborhoods or running errands in the area.
Please note that while there is some construction currently happening around the shopping center, we are still open and seeing patients all week long. If map directions seem a little off due to the construction, just head toward Peets Coffee at Westgate Center, you’ll find us close by and ready to care for you.
What are the main cities or neighborhoods you serve?
We proudly serve patients from many nearby cities and neighborhoods, including Cupertino, Saratoga, Campbell, and Los Gatos. Our location makes it easy for families and individuals from surrounding communities to access care close to home.
One of the conveniences of living in the Bay Area is how connected everything is. Carbon Health locations are relatively close to one another, which allows us to care for patients from across the region. Whether you’re coming from a neighboring city or visiting a different part of the Bay, we’re happy to be a convenient and reliable option for your healthcare needs.
What’s your favorite thing about working at this location?
My favorite thing about working at this location is our patients. They are absolutely amazing and truly remind us why we chose to work in this field. As a newer location, it’s been incredibly rewarding to build a strong presence in the community and see more patients come through our doors, especially so many familiar faces returning for care.
I also love our team. Everyone here is passionate about what they do and takes a great deal of pride in caring for our patients. That combination of an engaged community and a dedicated team makes this location a really special place to work.
Any tips for first-time patients?
For first-time patients, finding us is easy! Our location has plenty of parking available on the front and side of the building, making visits convenient. We’re situated in a well-known shopping plaza, so there’s no need to search far once you arrive.
While there is currently some construction happening in the plaza, it does not interfere with parking or our operating hours. We’re fully open and ready to see patients!
Any local ties?
We are active members of the Saratoga Chamber of Commerce and have sponsored several community events, including the well-known Saratoga Car Show. In addition, we partner with multiple local PTAs and enjoy participating in school and neighborhood events whenever possible. Being present at these gatherings allows us to support other organizations while also spreading the word about Carbon Health as a trusted healthcare resource for the community.
